COACHES

Owner and Director, Trey Burlingame, will be the Head Coach of our 2026 Black Team. Coach Trey comes back to the 2026s after crushing the fall season with our 2027 Black team. In addition to ownership of Lax Maniax, Trey Burlingame brings decades of teaching experience to the club and a passion for the importance of sport-based youth development and teaching life skills through athletics.

Rebecca Hart is a Coach and Administrator for the club. Coach Becca has been part of LaxManiax as a player, coach, and administrator, and also brings 8 years of collegiate coaching experience to our coaching staff. In addition, she will be assisting Coach Molster with club recruiting needs. 

Recruiting Coordinator, Michael Molster, is joining us again this year in his role helping educate and guide players and their families as they navigate the college recruiting process. In addition to his outstanding coaching resume as an NCAA DI coach, Coach Molster currently serves as the Head of England women’s lacrosse.

Panhandle Regional Director, Amanda Lens, will be the Head Coach of our 2027 Black Team. Coach Amanda returns to back to the 2027s after a phenomenal fall season with the team. In addition to her participation in Lax Maniax, Coach Amanda is a professional coach who specializes in strength and conditioning for female athletes. She is passionate about helping female athletes build strength and confidence on and off the field.

Bradneton Area Regional Director, Kevin Paglino, will be the Head Coach of our 29/30 Select team. Prior to joining Maniax Nation, Kevin has spent over a decade coaching different teams, including the Kennedy Catrholic Prepartory School where he led the team to two Catholic League Championships and two Catholic State Semi-Final appearances. Additionally, he has also held coaching positions at the Ursuline School for The House of Sports Lacrosse Club. Kevin brings his passion, expertise, and dedication to fostering the next generation of women’s lacrosse players at Lax Maniax.
